REGISTER with us free, Please note it is also free to obtain a quotation or post goods to move on our system. You do not have to be registered to do this, just select Loads then post a Load. If you wish to register click join in the login panel and fill out the details required. Membership is only required if you wish to obtain load details. For only £25.00 per year, this will also allow you full access to the site, automatically re-billed every 12 months.

NEED A DELIVERY? Need your goods delivering, select an option on the home page that is relevant to you, ie if you need a courier select courier, enter your requirements on the form, submit and wait for our network of specialists to contact you regarding price and delivery.

ADDING YOU’RE BUSINESS TO THE DIRECTORY Here you can advertise your company details free of charge so advertise with us and be in the right marketplace for companies seeking Transport. We also provide you with a free link to your web site.

SELECT TO RECEIVE EMAIL ALERTS On the registration form you can select the type of email alerts you wish to receive Van - Light Goods, Trucks – Heavy Goods, or Available Vehicles. Any new loads or available vehicles added to the system will be automatically sent to your email address. (PLEASE NOTE check your spam folder as email alerts may be directed there) To stop receiving e-mail alerts, login using your username and password, click on PROFILE UNTICK the boxes that you no longer wish to receive e-mail alerts for, Finally click UPDATE DETAILS at the bottom of the page.

MOBILE PHONE ACCESS You can access our web site whilst on the move or have email alerts sent directly to your mobile phone. The email address you enter in your phone will need to be the same as the email address you provided on our registration form when you made the request for email alerts. If you wish to have email alerts sent to your mobile phone but unsure on the procedure we recommend that you contact your network provider, they will guide you through email set up for your model of phone.

Latest technology makes it much easier to access the internet whilst on the move, the smart phones are good for web browsing, some network providers offer good deals and for a small monthly charge you can browse as much as you like, this means you can access our site anytime at the click of a button.

REMOVALS, COURIER, FREIGHT, LIGHT HAULAGE, TRANSPORTER, AVAILABLE VEHICLE If you wish to obtain a quote or find a suitable courier/haulier to move your personal or business goods, vehicle transfers or recovery, even house removals, please click on the relevant category on the home page you will then see a simple form, if you are logged in it will be pre-populated with your details, please give as much information as possible in the extra details box. Our network of couriers/hauliers will then contact you directly with a no obligation quote to suit your requirements. Please note: no membership or registration required to enter details & post goods to move on our system.

AVAILABLE VEHICLES This facility allows direct contact with transport companies who may have available vehicles in your area, you can contact them directly, they may be able to give you a better price for goods movement if it is a backload.

AUTO DELETE OF CURRENT LOADS AND AVAILABLE VEHICLES Please note: current loads will auto delete 5 days after the delivery date, the 5 day allowance is to allow for any changes or delays that may occur, if you anticipate any longer delays please login, go to edit your loads and change the delivery date. any loads that are marked as aquired will also auto delete 5 days after the delivery date. Available vehicles will auto delete 5 day after the available date to allow for any changes or delays that may occur.

CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION Your subscription with haulagesolutions.com is set to auto renew at the end of your subscription period. If you wish to cancel your subscription before the renewal date please follow these instructions. Go to paypal at www.paypal.com or www.paypal.co.uk and login. Select my account, history, in the show box select subscriptions, select within the past year & click search. You will see your subscription and status active, click details, this will then show you details of the subscription, at the bottom of the page select cancel subscription then confirm cancel subscription.
