ADDING YOU’RE BUSINESS TO THE DIRECTORY Here you can advertise your company details free of charge although premium listed adverts incur a small charge per annum, all advertising is good, agree! For just £39.99 you can have a premium add with us and be in the right marketplace for companies seeking Transport. Same applies for adverts in the Industry & Business Area, click directory on the menu to the left, click on add your site at the bottom of the page, select the most appropriate category from the drop down list and enter all the required details, we also provide you with a free link to your site.

TO ACCESS AVAILABLE LOADS/CURRENT LOADS & AVAILABLE VEHICLES click current loads on the menu to the left, you can now see all available current loads, the icons shown on top of the page help you to identify ongoing loads or urgent loads, ebay goods, to access full details of the available loads or available vehicles, subscription is required.

ADDING AVAILABLE VEHICLES & LOCATION TO THE SYSTEM This is a very unique facility but to gain full advantage it is advisable to enter your availability & locations day by day unless you know in advance where you will be on specific days. This feature allows any business to search and find a suitable haulier, courier who may be in their area, you can also enter a backload rate that suits you, and the amount of goods in transit insurance you may have, it will then show on the system, companies can then work out the cost to move their goods. The more you use this provision the better chance you have of gaining a backload or return load for your journey.

SIGN UP FOR EMAIL ALERTS On the registration form you can select what type of email alerts you wish to receive, UK International, Posted loads, Posted Vehicle availability, Ongoing work, emails will then be sent to your chosen email address showing any from these groups that have recently been added to the system. (Subscription member's only) (please note check your spam folder as email alerts may be directed here) PLEASE NOTE: To stop receiving e-mail alerts, login using your username and password, click on PROFILE below the menu on the left, click EDIT YOUR PROFILE, go to the e-mail alert section, UNTICK all the boxes or groups that you no longer wish to receive e-mail alerts for, Finally click UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT at the bottom of the page.

MOBILE PHONE ACCESS You can access our web site whilst on the move or have email alerts sent directly to your mobile phone. The email address you enter in your phone will need to be the same as the email address you provided on our registration form when you made the request for email alerts. If you wish to have email alerts sent to your mobile phone but unsure on the procedure we recommend that you contact your network provider, they will guide you through email set up for your model of phone.

Latest technology makes it much easier to access the internet whilst on the move, the smart phones are good for web browsing, some network providers offer good deals and for a small monthly charge you can browse as much as you like, this means you can access our site anytime at the click of a button.

WORLDWIDE AIR-SEA SHIPPING Click on the green section for worldwide shipping quotations, enter the required details to obtain quotations for air or sea shipping and freight of personal goods/house moves. Our network of shipping agents will then contact you with a no obligation quote to suit your requirements. Please note: no membership or registration required to enter details in this section.

PRIVATE & BUSINESS GOODS/EBAY GOODS Click on the relevant category on the green section, if you wish to find a suitable courier/haulier to move your personal or business goods even house removals then enter the required details on the form, if you know the amount you would like to pay, you can specify here. Our network of couriers/hauliers will then contact you with a no obligation quote to suit your requirements. Please note: no membership or registration required to enter details in this section.

FIND A PART FEATURE Click find a part on the menu to the left, this special feature will assist you in finding used or new parts, select from the dropdown menu’s and click search, the facility also enables you to search by type of manufacturer, you can then contact suppliers directly.

SUPPLIERS FOR THE FIND A PART FEATURE Suppliers can register free with us, to place an advert in our find a part feature will incur a small charge of only £50.00 per year, this will also allow you full access to the site, automatically re-billed every 12 months your advert will be clearly visible, show region, main manufacturer of parts you supply, telephone number, email address and link direct to your web site, clients or members looking for parts can contact you directly. You the supplier can then deal promptly with the customer regarding stock availability, price and delivery of parts.

FIND TRANSPORT This facility allows direct contact with transport companies throughout the UK & Europe, select from the category the most suitable vehicle that you require, next select from country/region, & Town/Location, the search result provides a listing of companies within your chosen category, region/Location, you can then contact the company directly.

WHY USE HAULAGE SOLUTIONS TO MOVE YOUR GOODS

Moving your personal or business goods as a backload through a courier or haulier is the ideal delivery solution, as our members are quite often returning from an outbound delivery empty therefore constantly on the lookout for return loads and often prepared to carry loads at a reduced (backload) rate. An ideal everyone wins situation, the courier/haulier is happy to acquire a return load even at a reduced cost, and you are happy because savings are passed on to you. Single heavy items that are too expensive to post that you need to move from A to B, full house removals or even items bought or sold on Ebay can be moved through our system. For businesses huge annual savings in transportation can be made.

AUTO DELETE OF CURRENT LOADS AND AVAILABLE VEHICLES

Please note: current loads will auto delete 5 days after the  delivery date, the 5 day allowance is to allow for any changes or delays that may occur, if you anticipate any longer delays please login, go to edit loads and change the delivery date.  Any ongoing loads will auto delete 30 days from the delivery date, if the load is still ongoing after the 30 days please login and post the load again, any loads that are marked as sold will also auto delete 5 days after the delivery date. Available vehicles will auto delete 5 day after the available date to allow for any changes or delays that may occur.
