Definitions

Haulage solutions .com hereinafter called ‘the company’ is solely and operates only as an introductory service. The company is NOT a freight or goods forwarder and will not be held responsible for arranging all any or part of the carriage, packing, storage, insurance or the loading of goods.

This Agreement

This document represents and constitutes an agreement between the company and you known as the customer. From the date of our accepting of this agreement, the company agrees to provide you with access to this service.

You the customer agree to make payments for the use of this service according to the terms of this agreement.

The minimum contract term of this agreement is 3 months

Legal

The company shall not be liable to the customer, for loss or damage to any goods either owner or third party, in addition the company will not be liable for any such loss or damage arising from any non-compliance with the customer or owners directives or instructions, or for any such reason fail to carry out whether wholly or in part their obligations. In and under no circumstances whatsoever shall the company be liable to the customer or the owner for any damage, loss, or costs, expenses, arising out of or from any person(s) conveying advice or information. It is the responsibility of both parties i.e. the customer & the owner to arrange delivery of any goods.

License Grant

You are hereby granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable right and license to access and make use of the website for solely your own exclusive benefit. If it is proposed or intentional that the website and any information contained therein, be used by any other users other than yourself, you will require a separate account for each user.

You’re Obligations

Indemnify us against any damage, loss, or any other expenses incurred by us as a result of your use of this service.

You will not submit any material on this service which can or could be considered unlawful and or cause offence.

You will also ensure that any information entered on to this service by you is true, accurate, and complies with any relevant legislation.
